Crafting Quality

Instead of two degrees of item quality (normal and masterwork) there are now six possible degrees of item quality.

Armor: (-4 AC, -4 MDB, -%40 ACP) A helmet made out of a wooden bowl with a leather strap for a chin piece.
Notes: Poor quality items are improvised pieces of armor/weaponry wrought by a creator lacking the proper tools or the proper skills. Items of poor quality are usually made out of sub-standard materials or scavenged refuse, but unlike truly improvised weapons, some care has been taken by the item's creator to make it reasonably suitable for it's intended task.
